Habitat Geared Up for its 10th Annual National Women Build Week, May 6-14

National Women Build Week is a nationwide initiative developed in partnership with Lowe’s to address the housing crisis faced by millions of women and children each day. The event is held in more than 300 communities across the U.S, and in the past nine years, more than 90,000 women have participated.

Despite its name, National Women Build Week is open to all volunteers! No experience is necessary; Habitat provides all the safety gear and our professional construction staff will demonstrate everything you need to know.

This year’s National Women’s Build was the best one yet with nearly 100 volunteers participating in the event.
