“We Have Something Amazing to Share Together”

Emily and her family patiently waited two years for their Habitat home in Newark. Emily was injured in the middle of the transition process, which made the uphill battle of purchasing a home even more difficult.

Emily’s spouse, Celio, and her four children–Dimas, Hector, Destiny and Miracle—are grateful and excited for the family’s new start. “Our new home is just that—ours. We have something amazing to share together. This is the chance my family has been waiting for,” Emily said. Together, with Habitat of Greater Newark, Emily’s family has a new life.
